The space The Lodge contains a comfortable lounge area (with water views), a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious bathroom and two bedrooms: a master with a queen bed and a second room with two single beds. The sofa in the lounge area converts to a comfortable bed. Please note that the Seaview Lodge does not contain any outdoor entertaining area. Please consider our other properties (see below) if this is important to you. Guest access Please note that there is an internal door within the property which leads up to a another property (called "Oceanview Loft") which we also own and list for short term rentals. This upper-floor property has an entirely separate entrance (steps up from the driveway) and the occupants cannot access your dedicated area. The upper-floor property is also entirely self-contained with a kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. There are no shared amenities and the only area that you may see other guests is the driveway. By booking the Lodge, you will have full access to the areas described above which are full self-contained. If you need more space, the entire 4-bedroom property (called "Oceanview Manor") sleeps up to 15 guests and may be available.
