Lake Martin, ALABAMA This lake home is located on the west side of lake Martin. convenient from Mobile, Birmingham, and Montgomery. This 5 bedroom home is furnished with comfort in mind. There is 250+ feet on the lake. Lots of room for family fun. Enjoy the beautiful view, swim, float, or fish. You can also pull up your boat, your wave runner, or just enjoy the view from the deck. We rent Saturday-Saturday. Please message if you have any questions. The kitchen has all updated black stainless appliances. There is an outside deck where you can quietly start your day with a coffee or enjoy your meals outside overlooking the beautiful lake. Off the kitchen is a screen room with a ping pong table, and air hockey table for some friendly competition. Check out the inside game room for an adult supervised game of pool. Take a quiet break on the deck in the Adirondack chairs or just read a book or share some quiet conversation. You might just choose to just sit back and watch the ski boats and pontoons go by. There is a TV in the den and strong wi fi throughout the home. Two cars can park under the covered carport with additional parking on the driveway. A dedicated Fire Pit completes the property where you might roast some marshmallows for s-mores! Guests have access to the entire house, dock, sitting areas, and swim area. Your own personal unlock code will be assigned to you for the duration of your stay. We are just a phone call or text away to answer any questions or work on any issues identified. Bring your boat along to explore beautiful Lake Martin.. If you don't have a boat, that's no problem, there are boats, pontoons, and wave runners available to rent at the local marinas as well as kayaks. You might want to plan to check out the local town of Wetumpka and explore where Erin and Ben worked hard doing the town's renovation which was filmed for HGTV. This area of the lake is a peaceful family area. We ask that you be considerate of other families and neighbors by not carrying on loud or disruptive activities after 10:00 at night. It is just a short drive away by boat or car to go to Kowaliga Restaurant or The Landing at Parker Creek, The Social, or Lake Martin Pizza Company. We are offering our lake house for several one week rentals during the summer of 2023. We are limiting rentals to just Saturday to Saturday, 7 day rentals. We hope you understand and this works for your family's plans. Our family treasures the time they spend enjoying the lake and the memories we have made there. We know others will too. Two bedrooms are set up with queen beds and have a jack and Jill bathroom between them. There is a bunk room that sleeps 3 in twin size beds. The pool room has a pull out sleeper couch and a barn door for privacy. There is a full bathroom for those 2 rooms to use. Upstairs is the master bedroom which also has a queen bed and an ensuite attached bathroom. There is an additional bedroom upstairs which has a queen bed. That bedroom needs to go downstairs to use the bathroom which is located at the foot of the stairs. There are cameras outside in the front of the home as well as outside in the back of the home, These are for security when the home is vacant.
