Single-story and perfectly equipped, our townhouse offers three comfortable bedrooms, a pleasant living space, and a green setting. Located in a nice wooded park, it is close to all amenities and has private parking adjacent to the entrance. Great for a business stay, for families or groups of friends, quiet and simple. The space Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a small secure outdoor corridor, and the entrance is easily made thanks to a connected lock with code, communicated on the day of your arrival. This single-story accommodation is perfectly suited for people with reduced mobility and offers a spacious and friendly setting. The bright and generous living room combines a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle) with a dining area and a TV area with free Wi-Fi access. From this room, you will have access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the village of Saint-Gallier, equipped with an electric plancha, garden furniture and a dining table for your outdoor meals. A corridor serves the separate bathroom, a first bedroom with two bunk beds and a desk area, a separate toilet, as well as two other bedrooms with double bed (140). For your comfort, a washing machine is also available in the entrance. Private parking is available, as well as an electric vehicle charging station (via a package of €20 per day, to be booked in advance). Guest access The entire property is fully accessible to guests from 4 p.m., with self check-in via a connected lock. We ask guests to arrive at the accommodation no later than 8:00 p.m.; the time until which we remain available. However, you can access the property 24 hours a day, but make sure you have received the check-in information beforehand. The gîte is accessible mainly by car. You can park your vehicle in front of the accommodation (private space); there is also the possibility to park a second vehicle nearby. We provide a charging station for electric vehicles for a rental fee of €20 per day. The accommodation can also be reached on foot via the bus connection to Saint-Etienne (contact us for more details). Other things to note Upon your arrival, we provide you with starting consumables for your convenience, such as garbage bags, toilet paper, shower gel and dishwashing liquid. Guests will be responsible for any additional consumables. In addition, we provide all bed linen, one bath towel per person, as well as kitchen linen (tea towel, microfiber cloth and sponge). You will also find some coffee pods and tea bags at your disposal, free of charge. Finally, parties are not allowed in the accommodation and the accommodation is entirely non-smoking inside.
