This condo sleeps 7 and features a fully-stocked kitchen, spacious living area, 2 bathrooms, and washer and dryer. The balcony overlooks the zero-entry pool and landscaped common areas with partial ocean views. Enjoy the hot tub, outdoor grills, and restaurants within walking distance. Gated beach access with beach service for two provided. Surrounded by white sandy beaches, emerald waters, and fabulous shopping and entertainment. Beach Resort is the perfect family-friendly "Saltwater Retreat." The space Our self check-in condo overlooks the pool area and is across the street from the private, gated beach access. From the pool gate to the beach gate, it is approximately a 3 - 5 minute walk. The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, closet, TV with cable, and a portable crib/pack-n-play stored in the master closet along with a private bath. The 2nd bedroom is a walk-through bunk room with a single over double built-in bunk bed, small closet, Smart TV and private bath. The kitchen is open to the living area. This space contains a sofa bed, additional seating, dining table, eat at bar area with stools, 60" Smart TV with standard cable, and a cabinet with some books, cards, and board games. The unit has a foyer with additional drawer space for clothing storage if needed. It also has a washer and dryer in the hallway and private patio with dining table and chairs and additional seating that overlooks the pool and beautiful landscaped grounds. Free onsite parking for no more than 2 vehicles is available. Beach service for 2 is provided for all stays from March 1 - October 31st. Guest access Guest will have access to the common area which is gated for privacy for our complex only. This space includes an amazing pool area consisting of a large, zero-entry lower pool with a mushroom fountain and water spouts that provide hours of fun for the younger kids. The upper pool is seasonally heated and spills over into the lower pool providing an aquatic oasis on the property. There is also a large hot tub on the beautifully landscaped grounds. This common space includes several outdoor charcoal grills, a large patio area with pergolas to provide shade, plenty of lounge chairs, and outdoor dining tables some of which are under their own covered awning. The beach is a short walk away with a private, gated entrance where we provide seasonal beach service for 2. We do provide a few extra beach chairs, umbrella, and cart in the room that can be used in addition to the 2 chairs and umbrella that are set up daily March through October.
