We have loaded it with amenities for you and your group to help make as many memories as possible! We even have sonos speakers throughout the property so you can listen to your favorite music indoors or outdoors! The owner's boat will stay in the slip at the home but you will have the other slip available to you. The tritoon boat is available for rent March-October and temps must be above 40 degrees. It is a Crest Tritoon with a 200hp motor. Daily price is $599 May-September and $399 March-April and October. To rent the boat you must be 25yrs of age or greater, have boating experience, sign an insurance waiver, and in TN if you were born after Jan 1, 1989 you must possess a valid boater's license to operate the vessel. In the winter, TVA lowers the water level to winter levels. December-March the dock maybe inaccessible due to a steep grade in the gangway to the dock caused by the lower water levels. Caution should be used during these times if trying to access the dock.
