The space This is one of the most unique lake properties anywhere! You will have amazing lake views from inside and outside. We have loaded it with amenities for you and your group to help make as many memories as possible! We even have sonos speakers throughout the property so you can listen to your favorite music indoors or outdoors! Enjoy the fire pit outside with wood provided at the home. In the winter, TVA lowers the water level to winter levels. December-March the dock maybe inaccessible due to a steep grade in the gangway to the dock caused by the lower water levels. Caution should be used during these times if trying to access the dock. Other things to note We have a 2022 24 foot tritoon boat with a 200 HP motor for rent at $599/day during peak season (May-September) and $399/ day October, November, & March. The boat is not available December-February. Holidays are $699. Book more than 2 days and receive 20% off and 30% off if booking 6+days. Weather must be above 40 degrees to book the boat.
