There are 3 full bathrooms - 2 with newly renovated oversized showers. This space is full of amazing collectibles and treasures sure to delight Lord of the Rings/Middle Earth Fans! This space is not suitable for children under 12 years old. Lots of land to explore, a gift shop with games and DVDs to borrow.
