The space The space The 3 bedroom, 2 bath home’s 3,000 sq. ft. of spacious living includes picture window views, perfect for relaxed gatherings, provide abundant natural light, song birds and open skies. The living room includes a large screen TV with Bose sound system, perfect for movie viewing with family and friends after a full day of exploring, hiking or wine tasting. The formal dining room features French doors that open to an inspired yard, landscaped with native plants. Perfect for enjoying a glass of wine while gazing at the sunset or soaking in the hot tub under the stars and constellations. The gracious kitchen includes a dining area with a fireplace, perfect for enjoying a cozy meal. Luxurious bedrooms, beautifully appointed, include a large primary suite with sitting area and ensuite bathroom with double sinks and separate shower and tub. The two additional guest bedrooms have ample room to sleep guests and family with all the modern touches of comfort. *Please note that our caretakers live on the ranch to maintain the property and stay in an independent unit. Other things to note Only one dog is allowed on the property. If you are bringing a dog, there is a pet contract that needs to be signed, a $100 pet cleaning fee, and (if booking is made directly) a $500 pet deposit. There is a security camera at the front door, so please make sure to coordinate with us about your pet before your stay. Please note: Based on county regulations, no outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed. Indoor wood fireplaces may be impacted by 'spare-the-air' days. Across the street is Willowwood - quality breakfast and lunch fare and is great for kids as well. We also enjoy Mexico Lindo. Sebastopol: (12 minute drive from property) Khom Loi is a Thai food destination - and a Michelin guide ranked restaurant HandLine Coastal California offers a variety of seafood dishes - great indoor/outdoor eating and hip repurposing of a Foster’s Freeze building Screamin’ Mimi’s Ice Cream is a must and the Barlow shops and restaurants. Occidental - (15 minute drive from property) Hazel - upscale, Howard’s Station great staple for breakfast and lunch — it used to be a train station stop for the local train.
