The villa comfortably sleeps 8 in 3 master king bedrooms, each with private ensuites. Delight your senses and rejuvenate your soul! The space Villa features 3 king sized bedrooms, each with private ensuite bathroom. Garden bedroom can be set up as king, or into 4 single beds, if necessary. For larger groups, simply add the adjacent 1 bedroom Cottage to sleep an additional 1-4 guests. Inquire re: rates. Peace and Quiet Approach the villa along the winding driveway, enjoying views of palm trees and lush, tropical foliage. Enjoy the 2 ½ acre property and stroll the coral beach looking for treasure. Large Pool Deck Live and play outdoors with over 2000 square feet of deck space. Unwind on the Bali daybed in the shade of the gazebo and enjoy views of the waves, the pool, and waterfall. Teak chaise loungers are the perfect spot poolside to enjoy a good book.  Find pool toys and floating hammocks in the pool house, and rinse off in the open-air glass mosaic shower while taking in the Caribbean Sea view. The pool features bench seating at the shallow end (3 ft) and a tanning ledge at the deep end (5 ft), so there is ample space for relaxing in the water and cooling off on hot days. Stargazing exists on a whole new level on Cayman Brac, due to the lack of light pollution. At night, marvel at the abundance of stars twinkling in the night sky as your cares melt away. Culinary Delights Granite kitchen boasts a large breakfast bar with four barstools, induction range, Bosch dishwasher,  microwave oven, convection toaster oven, and refrigerator with automatic ice maker. Prepare meals while taking in the view of the pool and Caribbean Sea beyond. Dine indoors or outside under the large covered patio with teak dining table and chairs both inside and out. Sit back and enjoy a cold drink while you wait for your catch of the day to be ready on the BBQ. Entertainment Villa comes equipped with wifi, Netflix, Chromecast Ultra streaming in all the bedrooms, wireless JBL sound system. TVs are set up in each bedroom to stream entertainment using the Chromecast Ultra system. Movie nights with Netflix can be enjoyed in the living room. A desk area is available for those needing to get a bit of work done. Wheelchair Accessible Villa is accessible for guests using a wheelchair, scooter, or other mobility aid. Including access into the villa, the pool deck, garden bedroom and bathroom which are designed to meet ADA standards, with 36” doors, accessible shower and pedestal sink. Guest access You will have full and private access to Coral Beach Villa, the pool, spa and outdoor deck space. Our property is 2 1/2 acres with 175' of waterfront. Beaches in the Cayman Islands are public up to the high tide mark, so you will be able to walk the beach far as you want to go in either direction. Beach is rocky with sandy patches. Sturdy shoes recommended for walking the shoreline. Other things to note The villa and cottage are non-smoking accommodations. A 25 year-old minimum age requirement is required to make a reservation.
