The space High-speed Starlink internet ✅ Eat-in Kitchen and butler-style pantry are fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker, air fryer, pots, pans, utensils, dishes. We also have a BBQ on the deck just outside the kitchen door. Bathroom- Located on the main floor with a deep sunk-in tub, a walk-in tile and glass shower with two shower heads, also includes towels, hand soap, and toilet paper. The living room has high loft ceilings with a view of 4 large windows that overlook the property. Look above and see exposed beams and high wood pine ceiling with a balcony, which is open to the loft bedroom. Includes a warm wood burning fireplace, a large smart TV with multiple streaming services for an abundance of shows and movie options, large sectional couch with glider chair and rocking chair for plenty of seating. Upstairs you will discover the lovely loft bedroom with two windows overlooking the forest, with a queen size bed at one end of the room. At the other end of the room is the balcony that overlooks the living room and four windows. In the great outdoors you may: find beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and clear starry nights. Cozy next to the fire, sit back and relax on the deck, enjoy the BBQ, play Badminton, Bocce Ball, and Ring Toss. Take a peaceful walk to see the trees, marshland, farmers fields, and wildlife. Guest access You have private access to the 36 acres (if you want to adventure through the woods), the main floor, and the upstairs bedroom. We kindly ask you not to go in or use the basement as the basement isn't finished and is under renovation. Other things to note We encourage guests to pack their own food and beverages as they are not provided. There are grocery stores located in Foxboro, Stirling, Belleville, Madoc, and Tweed. All 15-22 minutes from the A-Frame. A small store with limited food items can be found 4 minutes away (The Ivanhoe Cheese Factory). Please bring shampoo, body wash, personal hygiene items and your cell phone charger (unless you really want to disconnect).
