The chefs in your group will adore the kitchen with its stainless steel appliances, an abundance of counter space, custom tiled backsplash, two sinks, and an expansive kitchen island with bar seating for up to 4! A few steps away is the separate formal dining room with a combination of chairs and bench seating for everyone. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, a dishwasher pod, a washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner. As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
