Welcome to The Silverton Getaway Cottage. Charming, modern, & Oregon-inspired, the cozy, but spacious 2-bed/2-bath cottage is well-equipped for weekend escapes or extended stays. Ideal for solo travelers, couples, families, or small gatherings. Tucked away on a quiet street, the cottage is less than 1 mile from downtown Silverton, 2 miles from The Oregon Garden, and a short drive to the iconic Silver Falls State Park. Enjoy Oregon-inspired décor, local goodies, & settle into a restful getaway! The space The cottage is fully updated and fully equipped with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom is adjacent to the master bathroom. Also available to guests is a twin size rollaway bed accessible in the closet of the 2nd bedroom with bedding. A washer/dryer is also available in the second bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen features a spacious kitchen island, stainless steel appliances (dishwasher included), cooking & baking essentials, Keurig coffee, and Oregon-inspired cookbooks for all your culinary aspirations. The living area includes a ROKU smart TV, comfortable seating, board games for your enjoyment, and plenty of coffee table books for your leisure. High speed fiber-internet is available throughout the home. Be sure to check out the informational binder with Audry’s Silverton-area guidebook. Enjoy sitting on the front patio and walks around our friendly neighborhood. Downtown is less than a mile just down Oak Street from the cottage. Guest access The entire cottage is private and available for guests to enjoy. Enjoy a contactless check in and check out. Other things to note Please be sure to not block the driveway that is shared with our friendly neighbors behind the cottage. Lawn and landscape maintenance is provided biweekly. Please note, for stays longer than 14 but less than 30 days, there is a $300 fully refundable deposit (due prior to check in) refunded at check out if no damages are incurred. For stays longer than 30 days, there is a $500 fully refundable deposit (due prior to check in) refunded at check out if no damages are incurred. For stays longer than 30 days, the property (interior and exterior) will be inspected to ensure it is in good standing on a monthly basis. A 24 hour notice will be given prior to inspection. Please be respectful of property guidelines and standards. If guests fail to adhere to property guidelines, they may be asked to vacate the property.
