Come and discover the Ô Camp Même chalet, your new little corner of paradise on the shores of Lake Aylmer, right next to the Mégantic, Mont Ham and Frontenac parks! With its large windows and lake view, this chalet is the perfect place to enjoy nature in peace. You will have everything to enjoy the outdoors: boats, and a fireplace for evenings under the stars. Relax on the terrace, explore the area and let yourself be carried away by the beauty of the landscape! The space The chalet is spacious and perfect for up to 8 guests. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes, a friendly dining room, a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom with bathtub. There is also a laundry room with shower, which is super convenient! In the basement, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a real game room, all rustic, for family moments! Upstairs, two bedrooms await you: one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. A bathroom with shower completes the floor. Outside, it's paradise: 2 kayaks, a paddle board, a pedal boat, a 14-foot rowboat (with oars, motor not included), a BBQ and a gazebo to fully enjoy the lake view. And for cozy evenings, an outdoor fireplace (wood is provided) awaits you. No need to worry about trailers, a yard is set up for snowmobiles and quads! Other things to note The cottage is located directly by Lake Aylmer, with a large lot offering all the activities needed to enjoy the lake, such as kayaking and pedal boats. Located in the Bay of Doré, it is ideal for fishing enthusiasts. Perfect for families with kids, it is only 5 minutes from Disraeli and 20 minutes from Thetford Mines. In winter you will have access to snowmobile slopes nearby and the chalet is 25 minutes from Mont Adstock. Winter activities: snowshoeing, skating, walking trails, snowmobiling, quad biking, dog sledding. Just 5 minutes from the cottage, the Parc des Loisirs de St-Gérard, located behind the church, offers free cross-country skiing and winter hiking trails, outdoor ice rinks for hockey and free skating, and a space for sledding, perfect for enjoying the joys of winter with family or friends.
