The 2nd bedroom can be converted to an open space or 2nd living room to host larger gatherings and events. The second floor includes 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a reading nook, a laundry room and access to the large 2nd floor deck. Guest access The entire house and 4 acres property are all yours. There are no neighbors on either side or across the street. Access to the Rideau Canal is a short walk down a path to Clowes Locks. Our farm, Heritage Stables, is a short 3 minute walk away.
