Our fully self-contained Penthouse offers commanding views over the Coral sea and beyond. A large balcony-perfect for alfresco dining, lazing in the sun or afternoon drinks whilst taking in the panoramic vistas and cool ocean breezes. This apartment is open plan with air-conditioning throughout and quality furnishings, modern kitchen, two bathrooms, walk in robes and full laundry facilities. Two good sized separate bedrooms and ceiling fans. Lift access and strong WiFi. The space Set in landscaped gardens and away from the night life crowds, this apartment offers a relaxing quiet environment with BBQ facilities, a gymnasium and two pools with deck chairs. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment and all common areas of the resort including pool, b-b-q areas and gardens. There is also secure under cover basement car parking for two vehicles. Other things to note Your apartment may not be exactly the same as the one featured, however all apartments have the same quality appointments and views. Furnishings/art and floor coverings may vary. If the featured apartment is not available we will let you know when we approve your booking request. Please also note that we are situated in a tropical region and have rain forest close by, as such occasionally throughout the wet season or extended periods of "dry" we experience an influx of ants throughout the region. Whilst the apartments have a yearly pest control carried out it is very difficult to stop the ants during these times. All due care is taken to lessen the likelihood of the ants but if you suffer from ant allergies please be aware they "may" be present A barbecue for the balcony may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please note that there is an $80 charge which covers cleaning and gas. Notice of Renovation Works Renovation works are currently underway in one of our apartments, starting from 11th August. While the impact on the building will be minimal, please note there will be tile removal between 14 - 17 October 2025. General works will take place between 9:00am and 3:00pm. On week days.
