Garden Spot Farmhouse

Welcome to Garden Spot farmhouse, full of history and nestled on a 44-acre farm. A short walk across an historical bridge will take you to Green Dragon Farmers Market (open Fridays). Or enjoy relaxing beside the creek, kayaking, canoeing, walking down the field lane or relaxing in the genuine leather recliner with a cup of hot coffee, blanket and book. Many attractions are just a short drive away. The space The guest house several yards away from our family's home so If you need anything we're just a few steps away to help. :-) This is an old house so the steps to go upstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom are short and steep. If you have some trouble with stairs this may not be the most practical place for you. Guest access You have the entire house to yourself along with a designated area of lawn and 2-3 parking spaces. You're welcome to use the field lane, driveways, creek, playset, kayak, canoes, and fire pit however they are shared with our family. Other things to note There is a creek, kayak and canoes on the property that you're welcome to enjoy at your own risk. If you would like supplies to play Volleyball, spike ball, pickleball, croquet, bocci ball, corn hole, or basketball, the supplies are stored in the shed in front of the guest parking area. Bikes and bike helmets are also available upon request.
