No fish cleaning is permitted onsite and no fish coolers are allowed inside the home - Swim towels are not provided; it is recommended that you provide your own - Due to the rural area, you may encounter insects (gnats, ants, mosquitoes, bees, etc). This property receives quarterly pest control service; however, you may want to bring personal insect repellent and keep open food in the fridge or zip-lock bags - Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. Camera 1 is located on the east fence along the driveway, camera 2 is located on the west fence along the driveway, camera 3 is located on the cabin exteriors facing the lake, camera 4 is located near the driveway entrance, and camera 5 is located on the dock overlooking the shared dock area. These cameras actively record video and audio when motion is detected and will be turned on during your stay LOCAL REGULATIONS - A fishing license is required of any resident who fishes in the public waters of Texas, and failure to produce proof of license can result in fines by the Game Warden. Easy online purchases can be found on the Texas Parks and Wildlife website - All canoe, kayak, and paddleboard operators must have USCG-approved wearable PFDs for each person on board. Violating this may result in fines by the Game Warden. There is an assortment of limited sizes provided, but you may want to consider bringing your own as well
