Beautiful chalet located in a private and peaceful estate, in Saint-Irénée! The almost entirely glazed facade offers a nice panorama of the river and the mountains. The Quintessence will be the ultimate in your vacation! The space The chalet has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8. The ground floor includes a large covered area that combines the living room, dining room and kitchen. The fireplace is the central point of the entire layout and it unites the rooms on both sides. You will note the wide windows on the 4 sides of the chalet, which gives all the spaces on the ground floor exceptional brightness! Access to the terrace is possible from the living room or dining room. It will be the perfect place to admire the sunrises, with a coffee in hand. The living room, meanwhile, will be the landmark for most guests, as it includes a huge sofa, a TV and this imposing fireplace that will certainly warm up the atmosphere. The dining room also allows for beautiful gatherings, as it is open to the island and the kitchen where everyone will undoubtedly love to meet after a day filled with activities. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to receive and cook meals worthy of a chef with its large counter and all its storage! This floor includes a bedroom and a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. The garden level includes the family room with sofa bed, two other bedrooms and a second full bathroom with bath and shower. We also added a desk area.  You can access the spa and the second terrace from this floor. Guest access You will have access to the entire chalet and grounds.
