Rim View has four very spacious bedrooms. The "Grand Canyon Suite" (Master bedroom) has a King bed, its own patio, and is located on the lower level. On the other side of the house, lower level, the Cactus Room, on the left, has a Queen with two Twin beds and the Cowboy Room, on the right, has four Twin beds with an option to convert one set of Twins to a King bed. Upstairs, adjacent to the family room, the Lake Room has a Queen with two Twin beds. There are four full bathrooms with two of the four full bathrooms located in the Grand Canyon Suite which has a jacuzzi tub in one room, and a step-in shower in the other. The other full baths are located on the lower level between the Cactus Room and the Cowboy Room, and upstairs right next to the Lake Room. There is one 1/2 bath located on the main level off to the right when you enter the front door. The office has plenty of work space and a Smart TV including books, games, and puzzles for all ages. There is free Wi-Fi and a B/W laser printer with Wi-Fi connection or direct internet connection via a Ethernet port switch. Access to the deck and backyard is through the Great Room or through the Dining room, adjacent to the kitchen. There is an outdoor table with seating for 12. The deluxe barbecue grill and additional patio seating are located just below and next to the deck. A fire pit and chairs are located underneath the deck. The kitchen has most, if not all of the appliances and cooking tools you would have at your home. If you’re wondering about something in particular just ask if we have it. You will have the entire home and property to yourself. The home has an extra large driveway large enough to accommodate 4-5 vehicles or a combination of cars, boats, and personal water craft. While we won't be available in person, we are available via phone call or text. Upscale neighborhood. Quiet, safe and friendly. Wonderful neighbors and neighborhood. Parking is available for 4-5 cars in the driveway. Fewer cars if you decide to park a full-size boat/trailer on the right side of the drive way. Street parking is free. Lake Powell, Glen Canyon Dam, Horseshoe Bend are less than 10 minutes away by car. The surrounding area has many great hikes and adventures. The city of Page has everything you need and there a many great restaurants to choose from.
