#PineDenCabin is family owned, clean, cozy, and family friendly. This two story cabin is the perfect place to relax & spend quality time with family/friends. Conveniently located within minutes of everything Big Bear has to offer! Whether it’s tubing, skiing, snowboarding in the winter or golfing, hiking, going to the lake in the warmer months. The cabin’s interior was remodeled: New Flooring, New Finishes In The Bathrooms & Kitchen, New Oven Stove, New Kitchen Countertop & Fresh Interior Paint. The space Great location! We are only about 15 minutes from ski resorts and the lake! Hiking trails just steps away and a great neighborhood park right down the street. Pine Den Cabin is still close enough to access all the family fun that Big Bear has to offer. Our cabin offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for you and your family to enjoy. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed + Triple Twin Bunk Bed We do also have a very comfortable queen size Sofa Bed in the Living Room. Our cabin accommodates up to 8 guests, any guests over our capacity will be charged a $100 extra guests fee per person, per stay. The open kitchen, dining, and living room floor plan is great for holidays and getaways with friends and family, there is plenty of space for everyone! The entertainment at PINE DEN CABIN will appeal to everyone! Enjoy game night with our board games, watch a movie on our Smart TV’s, challenge your opponent to our Pac-Man Arcade Game or on our Vintage Nintendo Console. For the music lovers enjoy our Vinyl Record Player & Acoustic Guitars in front of our fireplace. There are two large decks where you can step out and take in the fresh mountain air all year round! On the top deck we have an outdoor patio seating with a fire pit, BBQ Gas Grill and Corn Hole Game illuminated with string lights. The bottom deck has a hot tub (4 people capacity) and a second fire pit to enjoy with plenty of comfy seating. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, cotton swabs and lotion. Bath towels, hot tub towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and makeup remover cloths and spa towels for the hot tub are also provided. The bath towels are not for lake use, please bring extra for the lake. We are also pleased to offer an EV Charger for our guests with electric vehicles (J1772/CCS1), complete with a cord and adapter. Please note that Tesla vehicle owners must bring their own adapter. First 3 charges for EV are included during your stay at no additional cost. Anything past 3 charges will be billed at $0.55 per KW that will be invoiced after your stay. Your house trained and fully vaccinated dogs are welcome at Pine Den Cabin but please make sure to disclose that you are bringing a pet when making your reservation and follow our Pet Policy PET POLICY -Dogs are the only pets allowed -Please no pets on any furniture including beds, couches, chairs, etc. -$100 Per Pet Per Stay (2 max) - Dogs under 30 lbs. are allowed Dogs larger may or may not be accepted pending additional information - Only dogs that are trained, well behaved and fully potty trained are allowed - If other animals are brought onto the property without permission, $300 will be charged to the guest - If guests leave the cabin the dog must be crated while the guest is away - No bathroom breaks allowed on the deck - All dog waste must be disposed of promptly by guest in trash bin and taken with them at the time of checkout - Cats are NOT allowed due to severe allergies Guest access While you're staying here, PINE DEN CABIN will be your own private Mountain Retreat. Please note the downstairs closet is used for the storage of supplies and is therefore locked. PINE DEN CABIN allows up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. There’s also The Big Bear Trolley (Red Line) stop a few blocks away that will take you to all the main attractions in Big Bear including: The Big Bear Village, Bear Mountain Ski Resort, Snow Summit Ski Resort, Big Bear Alpine Zoo, the Bear Mountain Golf Course, Big Bear Lake, and more. The Big Bear Trolley is free to ride so this is a great way to get around town! Other things to note NO PARTIES Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. You will be charged $500 per person, per day/night for each unregistered guest NO SMOKING/VAPING Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside the home. If you smoke outside, please dispose of any and all materials QUIET HOURS Quiet hours between 10pm - 7am. After 10pm the noise level outside has to be kept to a minimum or you can incur fines for not following the city wide ordinance BBQ USAGE If you use the BBQ, you must turn off the propane gas, cover the BBQ (with the provided cover), and wash all BBQ utensils when you are done using it. Failure to turn off BBQ propane will result in forfeiture of full security deposit as this is a huge fire hazard FIREPLACE USAGE Firewood for the indoor fireplace is not included in the amenities. Guests are advised to purchase firewood upon arrival. The fireplace is operated by natural gas and can be ignited using a long gas lighter. FIRE PIT USAGE A propane tank is provided as an amenity. Please turn it off when not in use TRASH All guests are required to bag up all trash and place in trash containers located in the front of the cabin before checkout. Ensure containers are closed to keep animals out. Do not place trash bags or other uncontained trash anywhere on the property. If your trash doesn't fit in the container, DO NOT leave it on the property. For trash that is left behind at the cabin or outside of the cabin, we will charge an additional $25 per bag (what our cleaner charges us) PARKING Up to 3 vehicles can park on the driveway. Please park your cars appropriately, do not block snowplows or park anywhere on the street, fines for blocking street during snow conditions is $150+ or possibility of being towed OPEN FIRE Open fires are illegal & prohibited in the big bear valley ASHES Please ensure that ashes are only disposed of in the designated ash can provided. Never attempt to move hot ashes for safety reasons CHAIN REQUIREMENTS Chain requirements may be in effect during the Winter months. All guests booking a stay between November-May should anticipate the possibility of tire cables/chains being required to travel to Big Bear. It is the guest's responsibility to check road conditions and the weather forecast before driving up the mountain SECURITY CAMERAS The property is unfenced and not occupied year round, we have 4 exterior video/audio recording security cameras monitoring all front and back areas of the cabin EARLY Check-in & LATE Check-out $50 check-in 1 hour earlier if available $50 check-out 1 hour later if available HOT TUB RULES: -The hot tub is available to use during the hours of 7:00 am - 10:00 pm. -6 people capacity -We provide blue stripped towels located in the downstairs bathroom to use for the hot tub, please do not use the white towels -When not in use, set the hot tub temperature between 100-104 degrees and put the cover on (DO NOT Completely Turn Off) -The hot tub is chemically serviced and cleaned regularly and has been properly cleaned in advance of your arrival. However, we sometimes experience winds that can cause debris from surrounding trees and other materials to fall into the hot tub. Please advise us if the hot tub is not clean, and we will make every effort to contact a spa cleaner, but please understand that WE CANNOT GUARANTEE that the spa cleaner will be able to return to the property. -NO glass containers may be used near the hot tub. -NO liquids, soaps, bath bombs, bubble baths, or additives of any kind are allowed in the hot tub. -Guests will be charged a $150 fee if any of the aforementioned is discovered -Please rinse off before entering the hot tub. Excess sand/ dirt causes the spa to turn green. If excess sand/dirt are discovered guests will be charged a $150 service fee. In the event of any damages caused by tampering, the guest shall be responsible for the cost of said damages. PET POLICY: -Dogs are the only pets allowed.
