A bright and sunny, fully-equipped studio for those seeking the best comfort in Madrid's most exclusive neighborhood. You can walk to the city's most important museums such as the Prado, Reina Sofía, and Thyssen-Bornemisza. As well as the most emblematic places such as Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza Cibeles, El Retiro Park, Plaza Mayor, Plaza del Sol. If you like to shop or are a gourmet person, the best shops, restaurants, and bars are within walking distance. The space We have designed and decorated the studio to rent, so everything is available for you. We have taken care of every detail and if you need something, just tell us and we will do everything possible to get it. The photos were taken with my iPhone, there are no filters, the place is as you see it in the photos. Everything is of quality, new, clean, and tasteful. The place is small but comfortable and cozy. It has the amenities of a large house in one space. One person will feel very comfortable in the space, two people will feel comfortable, and three people will feel good. We are always incorporating improvements in the apartment. We have just incorporated an Amazon EchoDot to be able to use Alexa on the floor. You could listen to music, use it to wake up or as an assistant for whatever you need. You'll also find several adapters with a USB output to connect chargers and numerous plugs. Guest access Some apartments in the building function as an Apart Hotel so you can check in and check out without having to contact us. You'll have 24-hour assistance for any questions you may have about the city, and you'll be able to receive all the packages you need if you buy online. The latter is really a plus in Madrid, as there are few buildings that have a concierge and even fewer with 24/7 availability. But it's also for this reason that you may encounter cleaning staff in the hallways or other passengers checking in or out. So if you think the latter could be a problem for you, refrain from booking. Other things to note The building has a large laundry room with industrial washing machines and clothes dryers that can be paid by card. If you need them, you can request soap and conditioner capsules that we can gladly provide. In case of wanting to contract the cleaning service during the stay it can be contracted for a cost of €29 (cleaning only) to €39 euros (if you require the change of towels or sheets), we recommend hiring it before arrival or at least comment on your interest in hiring it to ensure availability. Stays of more than 5 nights must contract on a mandatory basis the change of towels and sheets for €29 (up to two people) or the cleaning of the apartment plus the change of textiles for €39 euros on a weekly basis. In case of requesting extra white clothes for the sofa bed, not having hired it for a 3rd guest, the cost per night of the same is €30 euros x night.
