We do not offer late check out or early check in as we do same day check in/out during our busy season. It is important that we give our cleaning crew the optimal amount of time to ensure the house is cleaned to the highest standard. Late checkouts will be charged $50 every 30 minutes. We will leave you be during your stay, however we have local presence if anything should be wrong during your stay. There are several restaurants and activities within walking distance from our home (1.5 mile or less) and paid public parking if you prefer to drive. Uber, Lyft, Golf cart rentals and bike rentals are also available. There are over 50 restaurants within 3 miles of our home. As well as Barefoot Landing is just a short 5-10 minute drive. Beach Wagons, Beach Chairs & Beach Umbrellas may be available for your use during your stay. Any items not returned will result in the following charges: $60 for beach chairs, $200 for beach wagons, and $100 for beach umbrella. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel.
