Welcome to your botanical get away in charming Athens! I'm delighted to host you in my classic ranch style home with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The house is clean, comfortable and expertly renovated. Located 5 miles from Sanford Stadium, 3 miles to Normaltown and a short drive to shopping and amenities. The perfect space for graduation, football games, enjoying Athens charm and The University of Georgia. Welcome to my classic house in the Classic City. Clean, well behaved pets welcome. The space The space My house is a classic ranch style home, all living areas are on one floor. The home features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and has been expertly renovated/updated. Note: Up to 2 pets welcome, $55 pet fee The master bedroom has a Nectar queen bed and an attached small half bath with toilet and vanity. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 a full bed with Serta pillows. Centrally located in the hallway is the full bath featuring a brand new soaking tub and shower head. Included are shampoo, conditioner and body wash with fresh clean fluffy white towels. The kitchen, dining, and living room areas have an open concept flow. The kitchen features granite, is roomy and opens into the dining area making it easy to stay connected friends and family. There is an eat-in counter with stools as well. Tea and coffee (French press and Keurig 2.0 options) are available for your enjoyment and convenience. I also provide a roll of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Guests have access to all pots, pans, dishes and cooking gadgets. The dining area has a round table that seats four. The living area has a sleeper sofa and love seat. The new 55 inch smart tv provides guest access to Netflix, Prime, HBO Max, etc. There is no traditional cable but Samsung TV provides access to shows and news live streamed. Lightning fast AT&T fiber internet with Wi-Fi. It is my pleasure to host you. This is my primary residence and I live here with my dog and cat when the house is not rented. I'd like guests to note a few things about the space - I lock the master closet but there is plenty of space to unpack. There will be a few personal photographs around the house. There is a basement but guests will not have access to this space. Additionally, because I have one small dog and one cat that live in the house when I'm not renting and even though the house is kept very tidy and hardwoods cleaned regularly... if you are highly allergic to dogs/cats, this may not be the house for you. There is an air filter running in the house 24/7. There is also a chicken coop with some urban chickens in the backyard, guests can say hello and depending on the length of stay, gather their own eggs for breakfast if they would like! No obligation of course, but you might enjoy the novelty of gathering fresh eggs! Eggs can be gathered without going in the coop, so chickens will not be let out. For guests staying longer than 2 nights there will be someone who tends to the chickens every other day starting on the 3rd day of your stay. They will not enter the house, they will care for the chickens (water, food, bedding) and be on their way. Guest access: Guests will have the house to themselves! Guests will not have access to the basement area - it's just storage, you're not missing anything! Early check-in fee is $50 and subject to availability. Well behaved, clean pets that are up-to date on their vaccinations are welcome to stay! No more than 2. $65 pet fee required. The backyard is fenced in. The chickens have their own fenced area but please don't allow your dog to bother them. Do not let the chickens out. Treats will be left on the kitchen counter if you wish say hello. No parties, no smoking/vaping. No exceptions. Guest access Parking is under a covered carport with space for 2 cars and 2 more cars in the driveway, all without blocking each other in.
