Additionally, here you will find two double bedrooms, both with two single beds that share a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a laundry room. From each room there is access to a large covered porch with a dining table: an ideal place to have meals and dinners with family and friends and to the pool and garden area. The first floor has two other double bedrooms: one with a double bed and its own bathroom with a shower, and another with bunk beds ideal for children. From both rooms, you can access a terrace of around 60 m2, where you can have an aperitif enjoying the sun and partial views of the sea. Villa Ewa is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: WiFi, fans, central oil heating, built-in wardrobes in each bedroom, a kitchen with everything needed to prepare your best dishes, including a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, complete kitchenware and much more, and the laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The exteriors of Villa Ewa offer a chlorine pool of 7x4m, with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.8m. The garden has a paved surface around the pool of 50m2, which has 1 umbrella and 6 sun loungers to rest and relax while sunbathing. The Cala Pi beach penetrates half a kilometre inland between two vertical walls over 30m high. The beach is of white and fine sand, access is easy by road and, moreover, it has free parking for private vehicles.
