With views of the Atlantic, easy beach access, and resort-style surroundings, this condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for families or couples. 🛠 Thoughtfully Designed – This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo is meticulously decorated with high-quality furnishings, linens, and home-style amenities to give you the comfort of home with the feel of a relaxing resort stay. 🏝 Scenic Ocean Views – Located on the second floor (third level) of the building, this villa offers beautiful ocean and green space views from the main living area and balcony. You'll enjoy peaceful surroundings with easy access to the resort's walking trails and beaches. 🛌 Spacious & Comfortable – --- Primary Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom --- Second Bedroom: Queen bed + twin bunk beds + en-suite bathroom --- Bedrooms are located on the lower level, with TVs in each room and a laundry room nearby. High-quality towels and linens are provided. 🍳 Fully Stocked Kitchen – The upper level includes the kitchen, family room, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, small appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, and more — perfect for preparing meals during your stay. 👶 Kid-Friendly Extras – A storage closet holds beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for your use. The complex also features a seasonally heated pool, and you're just steps from mini golf, nature trails, and more family-friendly resort activities. 🐾 Pet-Friendly – One dog up to 50 lbs is welcome with a $125 pet fee (prior approval required for other pets). 🧼 Clean & Safe – We follow all CDC and Nassau County cleaning protocols, with professional cleaning between each stay. The unit has outdoor entry and open-air stairwells, supporting social distancing guidelines. 🏖 Extras to Love! – --- Access to Omni resort walking/biking trails, spa, nature center, and mini golf Access to Omni resort dining, spa, nature center, shops, and scenic bike paths (Note: This unit is not part of the Omni rental program. Guests do not have access to the hotel pool, fitness center, or Racquet Park.) But we do have a HEATED pool located at the Shipwatch Villas for your use. --- Nearby golf courses --- Golf cart rentals available (first-come, first-served) --- TVs in each bedroom + living room --- On-call local support during your stay 🚘 Transportation & Access – You’re welcome to bring your own vehicle or rent a golf cart to explore the resort. You will not be sharing any part of the condo/villa with a host, owner or other renter. Other things to note My name is Michelle Sheintal and my parents own this condo. As our guest, you are a priority to me, and I am 'on call' to help you with anything you need during your stay ~ including any problems that could arise or to assist in guidance for fun activities and restaurant suggestions. My cleaners and handy men live nearby and can easily address any issues that need their attention during your stay. I am just a call or text away! We have spared no details or expense to make sure you are comfortable during your vacation. Our number one goal is to have you return for future vacations. Our condo has 'high-quality, name-brand' furniture & mattresses, linens, small kitchen appliances, towels, dishes, cookware, etc. We have created an environment within the condo that will hopefully tempt you to go ahead and book your next vacation with us ~ while still at our condo! You will receive a 'Check-in' (via email) before your arrival that will provide you with all of the information you need (for a smooth check-in, and additional details to enhance your stay). Our Packet also includes restaurant suggestions, info on fun activities located near Ocean Place and Amelia Island(ie bike rentals, golf cart rentals etc.), golf course suggestions, door codes, WiFi instructions, and so much more that will be a great reference for you during your vacation.
