Casa Silvana is a newly renovated three bedroom home in the lovely beachfront community of Villas del Palmar. Just a 30 second walk from the beach and an easy 5 minute stroll into town. Come enjoy the ideal spot on Sayulita's north beach. Maximum number of guests, including children and infants, cannot exceed 10 people without prior permission from the Host. Guest access All homes in Villas del Palmar share a huge beachfront swimming pool with a separate shallow section for kids and a large palapa-shaded area with lounge chairs, sitting areas, and dining tables. A great place to watch the surf and the sunset. We provide beach towels, chairs and an umbrella for your use. Other things to note Villas del Palmar is a family friendly complex. Please keep the noise down after 10 pm. Please respect the other guests staying in Villas del Palmar. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval from the Host.
