If your looking for a private space without the high price tag, you've found it. Our entire basement will be yours when you stay here. You'll enjoy a private bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed. You will have a private bathroom with a sink, shower and large bathtub. You will have your own family room with a TV and comfortable chairs. Also in the basement you will have your own small refrigerator, microwave, and keurig. We will also provide coffee, tea, bottled water, and a few snacks. The space You will feel comfortable in our basement. It does have two large daylight windows. Our neighborhood is safe and has easy access to interstate 80 and the downtown Lincoln area. We do have two very friendly Spangold Retrievers. There is a door to the basement which will keep your space private. The only access to enter our home is through the front door. No smoking on the premises please. No gathering of other people in our home please. We may want to check a valid ID when you check in. Guest access The basement is the only space included to use. You get to the basement through our front door. The basement is private. During your stay If you need anything feel free to ask us. We do care about keeping your space private. You will have free WIFI and HULU Live TV. Other things to note We do have a queen size air bed if needed. You go through our front door to get to the basement. There is not a private entrance but the basement is all private.
