This historic home is set up with all you need for a getaway with family or friends. Our 1916 home has been updated with modern conveniences. Spacious, bright, and private. License: 0001783 The space We are on a large private lot on the East Side of Coleman. With mountain views to the East, South, and West. Features a spacious and clean layout and room for your family and pets to play. New in 2025 is a spacious cube Sauna with room for everyone. We handbuilt this Sauna with our own plans, designed to provide a Finnish dry-sauna experience. Enjoy a rejuvenating hot-cold cycle after a big day in the mountains. Our Saunna offers a sanctuary for relaxation, rejuvenation, and social connection. The master bedroom has sunrise views of Turtle Mountain, as well as a small desk for remote work. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a bunkbed above. The bedrooms are separated by the bathroom for added privacy. We renovated our bathroom to bring back historic charm, with a 1912 claw foot tub and period style tiling, including inlaid Portuguese hand-painted tiles, and a beautiful slab of local reclaimed pine-beetle wood as a counter. Our comfy living room has a 42" TV, couch, and chair. As well games for cold nights indoors. It also has a bonus sunroom attached on the South side which feature a reading nook and local guidebooks to the area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the tools needed to prepare meals away from home. Full-size fridge/freezer, oven with electric range, plates, utensils, pots & pans, toaster, and microwave. Includes a 3-seat kitchen table. Our home is decorated with a collection of original art and prints, featuring local artists from Canmore, Calgary, and the area, including indigenous artists. We have a spacious parking area with room for two vehicles or a trailer and truck parked side by side. Room A/C unit for master bedroom. Guest access Guests have full home access on a private lot. Other things to note We are happy to host one pet per stay. Please note the yard is not fully fenced and animals need to remain on leash at all times outside. We have a maximum occupancy of 6 people as per municipal rules.
