Drop-off luggage (available from 11:30 AM) Check-in is available from 4PM, however, you will be able to leave your luggage from 11:30 AM for free, while the apartment is being cleaned. At your arrival there will be always us or somebody of our team, to show you how everything works :) Drop-off luggage after Check-out time might be possible, depending of availability, please ask us. Extra cleaning service is available to hire. For stays longer than 7 nights we include a weekly cleaning with sheets/tower change. 2. Spacious and green Pedestrian Avenue The avenue where the apartment is situated is a spacious pedestrian-friendly avenue, offering a greener and healthier environment. You can arrive directly by taxi to the front door are cars are still permitted but with restrictions. The street underwent significant enhancements in 2023 under the Superblock Program, before it used to be a 3-lane line roadway with noisy and stressful traffic. Three en-suited Bedrooms with bathrooms The master bedroom has a king size bed en-suited with a stunning marble bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and bide. The second bedroom has two queen beds (fits up to 4 people) and is en-suited with a full bathroom with shower, toiler and bide. The third bedroom has twin beds (2 individual single beds) and is en-suited with a full bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms provide cupboards to store your clothing/luggage. 8. Living room, Terrace and Dining area The main living room is very large and exquisitely decorated, equipped with sofas and a chaise longue. Attached to the living room there’s the office space, with a neoclassical desk table and a chillout sofa; as well as the dining room, with a large table that fits up to 8 people. The lovely private terrace is accessible through the living room, and it has a sofa, two armchair and a big table, and is the perfect to drink a glass of wine after a long day visiting Barcelona. The terrace also features a sun cover for all the space. 9. Kitchen and Laundry room The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils, appliances and amenities needed, there’s Nespresso machine, coffee Capsules, milk frother, two 1.5 liter bottles of water, two beer bottles, kitchen scourer, soap and dishwasher capsules. Close to the kitchen there’s a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine (capsules are provided) and drying machine. The washing and drying machine instructions are translated into English to help you making your laundry. 10. QR Codes Across the apartment you will find different QR codes in the different areas, you can scan them if you want to know the history of the furniture / style of them, some furniture is very old.
