Like any downtown area there is a variety of pedestrian traffic in the area, from nearby offices and restaurants. Guests will access the building with a key fob and access the apartment itself with a unique code. You will need to retrieve a key fob from a lock box prior to accessing the building. Located in downtown Birmingham within walking distance to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and music halls. Less than a mile to UAB and only a half a mile to UAB hospital. There is a stunning wedding venue, TJ Tower Events, and a restaurant Roots and Revelry, located in the building. Gym, movie room, pool table and convenience store are also located in the building The building is located in downtown, there are a variety of businesses, restaurants and foot traffic in the area. There is a parking lot for guests located to the side of the building, street parking both paid and free is also available. There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Two Twin Rollaway beds are located in the bedroom closet to be used in the living room for extra guests. The curtains in the bedroom were too heavy for the wall, they have been removed and replaced with internal window black out roller shades. Photos of the space are still the same just the curtains in the bedroom have been replaced There is an elevator to get up to floor the apartment is located or stairs located to left of the elevator. If the elevator for whatever reason is not working, guests understand they must use the stairs. Listing is located on the 20th floor.
