Your room, along with the shared kitchen, living room, and your private external shower room, are all on the ground floor. Additionally, your room has a private door leading to the back garden. Your bedroom is furnished with two large double beds, a desk and chair, and a spacious wardrobe. Linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided for your convenience. The kitchen and living room are shared with other guests. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials for basic cooking, and you're welcome to use any available utensils or equipment. Just around the corner, you'll find a large Home Bargains, Tesco Extra, and Iceland for your shopping needs... Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Two private parking spaces are located outside the house. If these are occupied, don't worry - there's plenty of free on-street parking in the neighbourhood. Guest access Check-in normally starts at 3pm, but you can opt for an early check-in at 1pm for an additional £15. Check-out is usually at 10am, but you may extend it to 1pm for an additional £15. Please respect the shared kitchen and living room by cleaning up after use. We maintain quiet hours from 10pm to 8am and do not allow any visitors after 10pm for the comfort of all guests.
