Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, pristine beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Just to the North is the cute town of Indian Rocks Beach featuring many local shops and stops. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge, Walsingham Bridge and the park features wild life such as owl, bald eagle, hawks, turtles and more. Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida grown citruses, juices and fresh orange ice cream.
