This rare south facing new build end unit townhome is conveniently located within 10 min walk of downtown. From the private entrance/garage; you walk up to the main living area where you will find unobscured views of the most prominent peaks in the area. Views this good are hard to come by & can be enjoyed on the patio! The entire space is designed to be bright, spacious, & comfortable. There is a private deck with stunning unobscured views of Rundle, Ha Ling, and Three Sisters peaks. Not many places have all three of these epic mountains in sight. The bedrooms both feature expansive penthouse style floor to ceiling windows with top down/bottom up blinds. Another rarity in Canmore, there is central air conditioning, as it does get hot in the mountains occasionally. Please note that the breathtaking views exist because another building cannot go up directly behind the unit as there is a train track there. The entire town of Canmore is built alongside the train tracks and Highway 1. As you can see in the reviews, there is train noise along Bow Valley Trail. Please do not book if you are a sensitive sleeper as we don't want our reviews impacted when guests are well aware of the train at the time of booking. The Trans Canada train is iconic and our children personally can't get enough of it! Ground Floor: Single-car garage Second Floor: * Kitchen, Dining, and Living room with a powder room * A Queen sofa bed in the living room to host 2 more guests * Balcony with a BBQ and ample couch seating Second Floor: * Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, dresser and TV * Second bedroom with a Queen bed * Full bathroom with tub and shower * In-Suite Laundry Guest access Self check in via smart lock with new custom code for each stay. There is a garage attached to the townhouse and an additional dedicated parking stall behind the property. Park your car(s) and walk/bike to everything. There are foot/bike paths on both sides of the property that you can use to get around. Other things to note Like most legal short term rental accommodations in Canmore, this property is near the rail road tracks and will experience some noise when trains transit the town. The unobstructed mountain views more than make up for the occasional train traffic in our opinion.
