Bedroom #2 is our bunk room with 4 twin beds, walk-in closet and stocked with children books to keep the little ones entertained. You can also access the garage which has been transformed into an amazing entertainment room! Featuring a 12’ shuffle board, foos ball table, dart board, 75” smart TV, Sonos speakers, wet bar, beverage fridge and plenty of seating. We even have yoga mats, dumbbells, kettle bells and resistant bands in the garage if you feel like getting a sweat in while on vacation! Second Floor Amenities: Upstairs, the brightly lit main floor features an open concept layout equipped with modern amenities and essentials. The living room has a 65” smart TV, Sonos speakers and lots of comfortable seating. You can also access the deck from the living room which has a BBQ and fire pit. The kitchen comes fully stocked with beautiful new Café appliances, dishwasher, microwave and cookware. The dining room features large windows and a solid oak dining table that seats 8- 12. The primary suite is also on the main floor which features a king bed, desk, accent chair, ensuite bathroom and large walk-in closet with mountain views! This home is yours during your stay, and we want you to enjoy it as much as possible. There are two owners closet that are locked. Otherwise, the rest of the house is prepared for guest as if it was your own. Guest can text the host throughout your stay. The townhome is located in a quiet community in Girdwood just off the Seward Hwy. It's walking distance to a gas station, convenient store, ice cream shop and the best pizza joint in town! Less than a 5 min drive to Alyeska Resort, Alaska's premier ski and hiking destination, the Nordic Spa and many of Girdwood's top restaurants. 2 vehicles can park in front of the garage.
