A deep, fully equipped galley kitchen provides all you’ll need for eating in. The sleeping areas are split off from the gathering space, with the kids in twin or bunk beds and their own bathroom on the lower entry level and two queen bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Sliding doors off the living room take you to a deck with chairs facing to miles and miles of sandy level beach. Take your own private pathway right to the sand and feel the sky and water on the horizon open before you. It’s a short drive to Waldport’s soaring Alsea Bay Bridge and dining and shopping in town. Newport and Yachats are easy drives in either direction through scenic coastline. You’ll know you’ll be coming home to Al Manar’s welcoming fireside at the end of the day, so let the adventures begin! The number of people (including children and infants) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. Renters are permitted a maximum of two vehicles, and stack parking is strictly prohibited by the complex. Any additional vehicles must be parked off-site and are not allowed in front of the condominium units. Failure to comply with these parking regulations may result in the vehicle being towed at the guest's expense. Not Pet Friendly Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
