To meet this requirement, all required documentation must be submitted no later than 10 days before check-in. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors. Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old. We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children. Parking limited to 6 cars, NO RVs. Well behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee. AirBnb only collects pet fees for the first pet, additional approved dogs will be an additional $75/pet charged post booking. 12 Guests Max, regardless of age We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences.
