Only 200 feet away, there is private access to Lighthouse Beach, a ½ mile sandy beach between rocky headlands from the north or south, it is the closest thing to a private beach in Oregon. Enjoy amazing views of Gregory Point, the historic Cape Arago lighthouse on Chiefs' Island, and Lighthouse Beach from every room in this spectacularly located one bedroom apartment. The space This 1 BR/1 BA apartment is on the first floor of a 3-story vacation rental; the upper two floors are a separate 3 BR/3 BA unit. There is a private entrance to the apartment and a locked door between the first floor and upper floors. The only shared space is the parking area, yard and barbecue shed. Guest access Guests have the entire first floor apartment to themselves including their own deck and a game room in the garage. The entire yard is open to all guests. The staircase to the beach is 200 feet away and is a deeded access shared and maintained by 8 homes. There is shared outdoor furniture in the yard, a small children's play area, outdoor children's toys and a storage shed with supplies for harvesting shellfish and going to the beach. Other things to note Guests in the first floor apartment can sometimes hear guests in the upper floors walking or overhear loud sounds. Guests typically only interact if they meet in the parking area, barbecue shed or in the yard. We occasionally see wildlife in the yard including deer, rabbits, a porcupine and a fox.
