All of St Ives' golden sandy beaches are within a short walking distance, along with the many excellent restaurants, bars and tourist attractions that the family friendly town has to offer. The space Terrazzo is a well-proportioned 1850s Captains House. The building is grade 2 listed, with many of the original features maintained. There are radiators in every room, and combi-boiler hot water on demand. The lounge, with stunning views of Porthminster Beach, has smart TV, two sofas and original fireplace (not in use). The kitchen is large and well-equipped with dishwasher, washer drier, combi microwave, 4 ring electric hob, oven and Nespresso coffee machine, and includes a dining table with 4 chairs. The master bedroom has a double bed with panoramic views of Porthminster Beach. The second bedroom is to the rear, with 2 single beds. Both bedroom have a smart TV. There are 2 bathrooms, the main bathroom is on the lower floor, comprising shower over bath. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room. Guest access Terrazzo is self contained with its own locking front door. Access to the front door is up one flight of internal stairs from pavement level. Other things to note Terrazzo is above a single-story holiday apartment. We ask that quests are mindful of the guests below, particularly late at night and early in the morning. Very large vehicles, for example pick-up trucks (Ford Ranger etc.) do not fit into the allocated parking space - such vehicles would need to be parked elsewhere. Terrazzo is in a seaside location and has very thick walls. Therefore the Wi-Fi can be slow at times. If you need Wi-Fi to work while you are away, this may not be the best place for you.
