Mermaid's Lure, your vacation villa near the beach

You'll be lured to this spacious, Key West style Orange Beach Villa complex! The palm trees, woods, and view of fishing lake feel serene. You’re less than 10 minutes from beach, shopping, restaurants, the wharf~ live concerts, golf courses and Sports Complex. Spend the day playing at the beach, the pool, riding bikes or a scenic walk in Gulf State Park. You can grill or fish off the back patio. The marina, wharf is a 3 minute drive and outlet mall is 12 miles away in Foley. The space The living room, dining and kitchen are together. It features an updated new kitchen with quartz countertops, full size washer and dryer. The bedrooms are large and there's plenty of room to unpack. Just out the backdoor is a catch and release fishing pond/lake, walking trail around the pond as well as a grill! Note~A rollaway bed is in the closet. Please put back where/how you found it but take the sheets off so they can be washed. Guest access Park right in front of the villa, 2 parking spaces and a visitor spot. You could be towed if using more than your 2 spots. You may use the pool, walkway around fishing lake/pond, gazebo, BBQ grill. Doorways are wider than average. Clubhouse can be rented. Just ask! Other things to note TIP: If staying more than a 2 or 3 days or you have a large group, you'll want to bring or buy more toilet paper, paper towels, extra trash bags and other items, etc since only small amounts are provided. When I'm renting, friends and I have split this up by deciding who is bringing what items. Dishwasher cycle is 3 hours long. Please start it the night before you leave or early the morning of check out if you have dirty dishes. TV in living room - use the direct TV remote Remember to bring your beach towels & toiletries!
