Grab some fuel for your boat, cool cocktails, bar food, hand-dipped icecream or pick up a souvenir at the gift shop. It's a local favorite! Limited chairs and kayaks are provided for your enjoyment. Location: This house is located on the Northwest side of Lake Gaston in Bracey. Nearest Boat Launch is Poplar Creek (10 min). Nearest Grocery (20 min): Food Lion, South Hill  Nearest Essentials Store:  Dollar General (8 min) Nearest Gas Station: Sunoco (8 min) Nearest Marina: Holly Grove (5 min by boat); (10 min by car) A few more tid-bits...  :) 1.  Trained service animals are welcome!  Otherwise, we have a strict "no pets" policy.  We can help arrange lodging for your pets (as long as they are up to date on shot records which must be provided) at a local boarding facility during your stay, if you'd like; just give us a call...way in advance as they fill up fast! 2.  The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system.  This system is a finely balanced biological system.  Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper.  Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse. 3.  Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves.  Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats.(make sure to bring your bumpers!). 4.  Culverts & Bridges:  Be sure to lower your Bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts.  Appearances can be deceiving! We provide keyless entry, so you will not have to meet someone to pick up a key or check in at an office. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age at time of reservation. Booking guest must be present and may not book property for another par Are there smoking restrictions? No Smoking / No Fireworks- Evidence of smoking or fireworks will result immediate eviction. Are parties allowed? Exceeding maximum capacity or large parties will result in immediate eviction. Are linens provided? The Linen Fee is mandatory and will be included in the reservation total. Are early check-ins or late check-outs available? Early check-in and late check-out is at 1:00 pm. for $99 ea. What is the cancellation policy? Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before arrival will receive 100% refund. Reservations cancelled between 14-29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. Are linens provided?
