Our second living area in the basement is equipped with a Smart TV with the streaming app Netflix. A washer and dryer combo is available to use. As such, there are two exterior cameras (one motion-activated floodlight camera overlooking the driveway, and one doorbell camera next to the side entrance). Guests (and Visitors) are prohibited from covering, tampering with, or disabling the security cameras in any way. If this occurs, the reservation will be cancelled (no refunds) and Guests/Visitors will be asked to vacate the property. PARKING | Free private parking in the driveway, up to 3-4 vehicles. In the winter, the driveway and walkway will be professionally cleared (and sanded as needed). Our driveway has an incline, so proceed with caution. Our neighbourhood has privately maintained roadways, so be advised that weather can affect driving conditions (roads can get bumpy, slippery, or icy).
