Classy Estate with Views + Walk to the Neat Café

Welcome to our charming Airbnb in the quaint Village of Burnstown! It's within walking distance of local amenities, such as the Neat Cafe, local shops, and Burnstown Beach. It is a short drive to Calabogie Peaks, Calabogie Motorsports Park, and Eagles Nest. It's a cozy 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house with lots of storage. In the warmer months, you can relax on the outdoor decks, which boast stunning views of the surrounding countryside. We look forward to hosting you in our quiet home in Burnstown!! The space The home has a classy old-world vibe. Décor has been inspired by traditional formal living with social spaces away from tvs. The space is best suited for a single family, couples, or groups. Inside the house, you will enter the foyer which greets you with the grand staircase that is made from maple and pine and leads from the basement to the third level. From the entrance go left into the formal living space. The living room provides comfortable seating to socialize with up to 10 people as you are warmed by the gas fireplace. The fireplace mantle has been locally sourced from a century home in nearby Renfrew. Pass through french doors lead to a formal office with a sitting area, bathroom, and private deck. A full chef's kitchen stocked with amenities provides purpose for all your meal preparation & cooking. The antique dining table is centrally located to take in the views of the valley. The 4 bathrooms in the home are tastefully located and there is a washer/dryer on the second level if needed. The stunning primary bedroom has a king bed while the other 4 cozy bedrooms have a queen-sized bed with soft linens and a duvet. Full-size body towels, hand towels, and facecloths are provided. The outdoor space is where you will ideally spend your time in warmer weather. The home is situated on a stunning hillside with mature trees surrounding the property. The sun rises directly in front of the home creating a humbling morning experience. You will be able to have a mix of full sun and shade at different times of the day. The Madawaska River is a beautiful clean body of water, that you can enjoy views of at different spots on the estate. A short walk to the nearby Burnstown Beach is a great option to enjoy a dip. There are 3 unique decks to enjoy. The upper deck features views of the river with stunning wicker furniture and a day bed to soak up the sun. The lower deck is great for socializing and bird-watching. The side deck features a sitting area with a dining table that receives plenty of evening light and is steps from the firepit. Some firewood is supplied, but bring more just in case! We can accommodate ten guests comfortably all year round.
