Cook dinner in the well-stocked kitchen or walk to a popular Edmonds restaurant for dinner followed by a visit to the Main Street movie theater. Relax fireside in the living room or walk to the beach at sunset. Blocks from restaurants, parks, beach, ferry terminal, shops & farmers market. Staying downtown Edmonds is the BEST! PET-FREE/PARTY-FREE/SMOKE-FREE ZONE The space **Hate Has No Home Here. ALL Are Welcome** Between the large living room and family room, there is plenty of space to spread out and relax. The floorplan is open enough to feel connected but also allows for separation should you want that. Enjoy a fire and smores outside with the kids or send them in to watch a movie or play foosball while you enjoy some wine fireside. The kitchen is fully stocked, with everything you need for a quiet weekend or a holiday meal. The main floor of this tri-level holds the living area, kitchen and dining area which opens up to the back yard. The upper level holds 3 bedrooms, including the master suite, and main bathroom. The lower level holds the family/TV room, laundry room, half bath, and 4th bedroom (full bed). Please note this home does not have air conditioning. No parties/no smoking inside or out/no pets Guest access The entire house is reserved for guests. The only area w/out access is the garage. The front door keypad makes for easy access. The code will be provided 1-2 days prior to arrival. Other things to note * Satin pillowcases available upon request ~ just let us know in advance. * Extra blankets, beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach blanket, cooler, & rainy day umbrellas provided. * Pack'n'play, high chair, and white noise machine in upstairs closet. * 2 car driveway, plenty of street parking available. * Extra care should be taken when exiting driveway due to limited visibility. * Garage is unavailable. * No pets, no smoking inside or out, no parties. * Cleaning required beyond what is normally needed following guest stays will result in additional cleaning fees will be & passed onto guest. * [Friday bookings require Fri-Sat min. stay]
