Decorated by a licensed architect, this is a cozy two bed two bath farmhouse on 16+ acres. Enjoy the calm and seclusion of country life while being only twenty minutes away from conveniences of Waco. The lot has two ponds with fish ~ catch and release ~ The space This red farmhouse features an open concept, with kitchen dining and living area forming the majority of the downstairs area. The island seats four people. There’s an additional coffee nook and a dining area suitable for six people. The master bedroom with queen bed is located downstairs. This bedroom is technically an en suit aka has a full bathroom attached but please note this bathroom is also accessible from the living area making it the common bathroom on that floor. The second room is up the circular stairs. Please watch your head while climbing up. This bedroom has two twin beds and a private bathroom Both bedrooms and the living area has TVs. There’s strong Wi-Fi connection throughout the house. Outdoor patio has the BBQ, a picnic table for 4-6 people and four Adirondack chairs with a fire pit. Please follow local fire ban regulations for any outdoor fires. Guest access You’re free to enjoy the space to your hearts desire; however, please keep away from locked / closed doors in the barn Other things to note The farmhouse is located on 17 acres. There are two ponds with fish on the lot. If you’d like to do some fishing, please follow catch and release etiquette. Also, please no swimming in the ponds. The house is at the back of the lot, there’s a long gravel road that leads you there. Feel free to park in front of the house on the grass. We have horse neighbors. They are very friendly, however please don’t feed them unless you come across the neighbor and he gives you the ok. With being located in the country we get gorgeous views, and beautiful sunsets; however, that also comes with wildlife that we don’t have any control over including but not limited to deer, owls, dogs, cats, sometimes escapee sheep and other livestock
