• The entire condo, including a private balcony with stunning ocean views and BBQ area.
 • A children’s play area and an outdoor shower by the beach gate. 
• Secure gated property with two parking spaces. 
• Flexible check-in any time after 3PM, and check-out by 10AM. • Keys will be provided on-site. We will supply the lock box code before guest arrival, on day of checkin. • A house book with local recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and grocery shopping is provided in the property. Other things to note • Minimum age for the primary renter is 25 years. Are you under 25? Ask, you may qualify for a waiver. • We need to know our guests. So once you book, we will need from you: Contact details (phone number and email). Valid photo ID with address. Acceptance of Rental Agreement. Names and ages of all guests. • Traveling with little ones? A Pack ’n Play is available upon request for an additional fee - Just let us know ahead of time • Smoking is not allowed on the property. • Pets are not permitted. • No parties or excessive noise allowed— this is a residential area. • The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building.
