The space The main floor living space provides a spacious layout perfect for gathering everyone together. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and an island opens to the roomy dining area. Cozy up in the connected living space complete with panoramic views, flat screen tv, and built-in window seat perfect for relaxing with your favorite book or power napping. This level opens by French doors to a wrap-around screened porch with a gas grill overlooking the sandy beach and spectacular Lake Michigan views. A full bath and laundry area complete this floor. On the second level, you will find 3 bedrooms and an additional full bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed and lake views and opens to an attached balcony. The second bedroom also connects to this balcony with beach views and one twin and one queen bed. The 3rd bedroom offers an additional full-sized bed. In the amazing 3rd-floor master suite you will find a king bed strategically placed to take full advantage of the lake views, a full ensuite bath, and access to a private deck. The lower-level walkout provides a great additional space for plenty of fun. A pool table and a full bath create another floor of accommodations and opens directly to walkways to the amazing beach area. We are delighted to host you and your furry friend! Pets are considered with an additional cleaning fee. Please ask for approval prior to booking. We do request that all dog owners clean up after their pets, properly dispose of their waste in the designated trash receptacle, and keep dogs off the furniture. Also, please do not leave dogs unattended. If you leave them at the property, please crate them. Guests are responsible for locating their own parking for any additional vehicles. MANAGEMENT This vacation home is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all linens, bath and beach towels as well as a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and emergency maintenance services. Please note that all guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of making their reservation. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation.
