Most of our guests can't believe they can still enjoy this hidden gem, owned and managed by the same Keys family for decades. This small cottage, "Banana Cabana," has an amazing water view and is only about 120' from the sandy beach! Two equal sized bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, plus a pull-out sofa in the living room, make this an affordable option for up to six guests, although it's a small cottage, so best for 4. There's a nicely outfitted kitchen and 1 bath with shower. A small deck is great for enjoying a cocktail or two while watching the unforgettable sunsets each night. Located at MM 99.2, gulfside, right in the heart of Key Largo, our property is close to great restaurants, shopping, fishing, diving, and all of Key Largo’s main attractions, like John Pennekamp Park and swim with dolphin programs. The gated, lushly landscaped grounds make up almost 3 acres and include 4 other rental houses, plus multiple dock slips, so bring your boat! A fishing pier, sandy beach, tiki huts, hammocks, and picnic tables add to the laid-back, "keysey" charm. We also provide kayaks and paddle boards free for guest use! As an added bonus, there is staff on site to make sure your vacation is everything you dreamed about. You won’t find anything like this for the price!
