It comfortably hosts up to 6 guests. We allow up to 2 dogs per stay 🐶Our home features a dog door, 30" kennel and pooper scooper so you have 1 less thing to worry about during your vacation 👨‍👩‍👧We didn’t forget the kiddos, we have a play pen, pack & play, baby gate, corn hole, tower ball, board games and kid friendly seating 👂🏻You'll wake up to birds chirping away in the trees and can start your day with blonde espresso and make yourself a iced/hot latte 🎳You can take the kids across the street to enjoy the splash pads, public pool, soccer field, or hang out in the backyard under our large covered patio and play Cornhole or Towerball 📸 Or maybe you just want to hang out with family and take pictures with all the fun accent walls for your social media and relax in the memory foam beds 🚽 Ever tried a bidet? Well now you can, we have one of those too!! LIVING ROOM -Offers a 50” tv with Roku apps -Our gray corner couch folds down if you wanna sprawl out and play some board games or take a nap -There are a few board games for kids and for adults such as monopoly, tic tac toe, would you rather etc. BEDROOMS: -Each room is equipped with a bed, 2 nightstands, bedside lighting, ceiling fan, and closet with hangers. All of the rooms offer blackout curtains. PATIO -The back patio has plenty of seating, corn, hole, tower ball, and the bags are kept in the pantry inside KITCHEN -Is fully stocked with coffee, tea, a variety of spices and oil, pain meds, first aid kit on the top shelves -We have Reverse Osmosis water from the fridge, 4 slot toaster, single coffee maker and an espresso machine -We have a hello fresh recipe book, and silverware up to 8+ and supplies to bake a cake if your feeling like a chef👩🏾‍🍳 MISCELLANEOUS -There are personal fans in the closet if you like white noise -We also have cleaning supplies in the pantry if you run into any spills during your stay -Laundry is free to use on the outside patio PETS -30" dog kennel in the entry closet -There are dog friendly sheets on the bottom shelves in the hallway closet -We require guests to cover the furniture with these sheets to prevent hair -Pooper scooper is in the laundry room along with a bucket for easy clean up *No garage access* TPT 21459305 All parking in front of home Entire main house, back patio and laundry room No garage access I’m always available for assistance, and can swing by with enough notice so don’t hesitate to reach out. Our house is located between Florence and Pinal, which are two of the major streets in Casa Grande. So you’ll be centrally located to tons of shopping and food. Distance to nearby activities: -1 min from a park with a public pool, splash pad, tennis, courts, skate, park, and activity field. -10 minutes away from the Barca Academy -15 mins to Motoland MX -16 mins to Podium Club at Attesa -22 mins to skydive Arizona -35 mins to Tempe -55 mins to Apache Junction -60 mins to Tucson Our neighborhood is very quiet, but often has children running around on the weekends, so please be aware of your surroundings There is plenty of parking at the house. You’ll have access to the carport and driveway. There is also parking between the trees in the front yard. There’s also parking along the side of the house on the street. The front of the house can easily accommodate 8 cars if needed Casa Grande does have a train that runs through the town. The hours are random but you may hear it from time to time.
