The living room features hardwood flooring and a large sectional sofa to unwind and enjoy entertainment on the huge Vizio Smart TV for streaming. Comcast cable is also provided. Access the screened porch from this upper level living space. The kitchen is fully stocked and offers a pass through to the dining area where the dining table overlooks the living room. A 1/2 bath is conveniently located off the kitchen. This Creekwatch Villa comfortably sleeps 5 guests in 2 bedrooms on the lower level of the town home. Each bedroom is appointed with high quality bedding and newly renovated bathrooms. The primary suite is on the creekside with a king bed, flat screen TV, a beautifully updated bathroom with a custom tile shower and an open deck with views! The second bedroom features a queen bed with trendy finishes and a full, renovated, en suite bath. The washer/dryer is located in the downstairs hallway for your convenience. There is even an open garage where you can store your beach and fishing gear! The screened porch off the living room is our favorite place for morning coffee, listening to the oyster’s cluck and viewing the dolphins meandering through the creek. Creekwatch Villas are located in a prime Seabrook Island waterside setting on Captain Sams Creek with a crabbing dock, community pool and tranquil marine and birdlife. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.
