New Hot Tub! Harbor Mist in Downtown Lexington!

There are 4 bedrooms, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen with additional table & chairs, a laundry room, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a front porch, an outside covered porch & backyard, there is lots of space for peace & quiet! This cottage has a lot of character & space inside & out. The neighborhood has historical homes as well as a historical downtown. In a 3-block radius, you can access the brewery, beach, music in the park on Fri nights, shops, theater, restaurants, pubs & more! The space Lots of space inside and out so people are not right on top of each other. There are 4 bedrooms, a formal dining room, a living room, a kitchen with additional table and chairs, a laundry room, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a front porch, outside covered porch and back yard, there is lots of space for peace and quiet! The Harbor Mist cottage has a lot of character and space inside and out. There is a front yard, side yard and large back yard for your use. Please respect our neighbors by not yelling or playing music too loud. Quiet time is 11 PM to 8 AM. Guest access The Harbor Mist Cottage is open all year round! There is a two night minimum January 1 through the third weekend of June. We then begin weekly rentals Friday to Friday beginning the 4th weekend of June through the third weekend of August. We go back to a two night minimum through December 31. Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend have a 3 night minimum. Note: If a cottage hasn't been reserved within 10 days of when you want to arrive, then we will rent with a two night minimum. Please email me if this situation should arise and we would be happy to allow a shorter stay. Other things to note There is a Welcome Book inside the cottage which will give you suggestions of things to do, places to go, where to eat, golf locations, theaters, museums, medical care and more!
