Villa Milicia is a newly built independent holiday home in Altavilla Milicia, 20 min. from Palermo and 30 from Cefalù. It features a swimming pool, spacious indoor and outdoor areas, modern furnishings, and sea/mountain views. Equipped with every comfort: rooms with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, playground, barbecue, and parking. The space The Villa is equipped with every comfort and offers a total of 14 sleeping accommodations: 10 on the first floor and 4 on the ground floor, distributed as follows: 1st Room: double bed 2nd Room: double bed and 2 single beds 3rd Room: double bed and bunk bed Living Room: 2 double sofa beds Each bedroom features comfortable memory foam mattresses, a 32" smart TV, a desk, and a terrace with sea and mountain views. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious open-plan area with two sofas, a 50" smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned and heated. There are 2 large bathrooms, one on each floor. Outside, the villa offers a modern 8x4 meter swimming pool with LED lights, 6 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a garden, flowerbeds with various types of trees and plants, a built-in barbecue for your grills, 2 lounge areas, a hammock, a hanging chair, a covered and shaded patio for outdoor dining, a children's play area, and private parking for up to 5 cars. You'll have everything you need—and more—to enjoy a relaxing holiday! The villa is located in a new and quiet residential and holiday area made up exclusively of villas. It boasts a beautiful sea view and the nearest beach can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. A 15-minute walk takes you to the enchanting Grotta Mazzamuto Nature Reserve. Villa Milicia is also covered by home delivery services from restaurants, pizzerias, rotisseries, and supermarkets. The town center is just 5 minutes away by car, where you'll find panoramic spots for breakfast and aperitifs, as well as supermarkets, bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants, shops, and pharmacies. In just 10 minutes by car, you can rent a boat or dinghy for your sea excursions. Guest access The entire villa is at your disposal, for exclusive use. Other things to note Before booking, please note that a car is needed to get to the Villa.
